• The item must be in its original packaging, including all inserts and protective materials.
• All documentation and accessories (e.g., adapters, wall brackets, or carrying cases) must be included.

Warranty, Defects, and Damage

If your product is damaged upon arrival or exhibits a defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy for specialized support.

• Warranty Coverage: Per our limited warranty, J+ Americas will repair or replace hardware defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately during the return authorization process.

Shipping and Fees

• Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified product defect or a successful warranty claim.
• Restocking Fees: For standard returns (not related to damage or warranty), J+ reserves the right to deduct applicable restocking or handling fees from your final refund amount.

How to Start a Return
